Dear Colleagues,
In order to celebrate distinguished contribution as a pioneer and leader
in the field of free radical biology and medicine and also next challenge
of Prof. Toshikazu Yoshikawa, International Symposium on Free Radical Research:
Contribution to Medicine will be held in Kyoto from January 20 to 22, 2011.
Free radicals have been implicated in the pathogenesis of a wide variety
of diseases but recent paradigm shift suggests more complicated biological
role of free radials in the disturbance and maintenance of health and progression
of diseases. In this symposium, the international leaders in this field
will gather to overview and discuss latest scientific advances and future
perspectives. In addition, we have a special poster session for young investigators
to discuss with distinguished researchers. We would like to extend our
cordial invitation to you all to participate in this commemorative event.
